As Associate Professor at the Department of Physical Sciences, Earth and Environment of the University of Siena, he participates in the international CALET experiment on the International Space Station. In parallel, as a member of the Connected Group at the INFN Section of Pisa, he participates in the HERD experiment (CSN II) and the ADA5D experiment (CSN V).
