Researcher in Prehistory, I taught the course Prehistory: Environment and Culture (academic year 2023–2024) for the degree program in Environmental and Natural Sciences. My research focuses on prehistoric archaeology, with active projects in southern Italy and Colombia, where I study the evolution of material culture during the Palaeolithic through a multidisciplinary approach.

I currently direct the Italian Archaeological Mission in Colombia and have received awards and recognition for my scientific work in the country. I collaborate with international and interdisciplinary research teams, and have published my findings in international scientific journals
