Since 1990 NT has worked in High Energy particle experiments at the accelerators, early in USA at the Tevatron in Chicago, more recently with the experiments CMS and Totem at the LHC at CERN (Geneva).
He did work also on astroparticle physics with the MAGIC experiment in the Canary Islands and more recently he is collaborating with astrophysicists and cosmologists on the Dark Matter phenomenon.
