At the Department of Physics, Earth and Environmental Sciences (DSFTA) of the University of Siena, Italy, 2D and 3D reconstructions of geological settings, balanced cross-sections and their restored templates are built with the aid of the MOVE-TM software. The use of the MOVE-TM software, of a commercial value of 1.928.384,01 English Pound Sterlings , equivalent to 2.319.233 Euros, is released for free to the Department by the P E Limited from Edimburgh, Scotland, UK, proprietary, for academic research and non commercial purposes only. P E Limited is acknowledged for the geneous release of the permission to use the MOVE-TM software for free.
